Itoou uses artificial intelligence ("Itoou AI") to help members list items faster and compare swap value. Itoou AI outputs are estimates — not guarantees.

Itoou AI Bucks valuation

Suggested Bucks ranges are generated from photos, category, condition signals, comparable listings, and the time in use you enter. They may be wrong, outdated, or incomplete.

Bucks are an internal comparison score, not money or currency, and have no cash value. Do not treat Itoou AI pricing as professional appraisal, insurance valuation, or tax advice. Research independently before accepting a swap.

Condition and time in use

The suggested Bucks value is primarily driven by product analysis and condition, then gently adjusted for the time in use you enter (years, months, and days, capped at 15+ years).

Time in use is self-reported and not verified. Inaccurate age entries will skew the estimate. The age-based adjustment is approximate and does not replace inspecting the item.

Market price research

When enabled, Itoou AI may show used-market price research based on web-grounded search (for example India listings on OLX, Cashify, and similar sources), and where available a brand-new / sealed retail (MRP) reference.

During listing, this appears as a current research estimate. After publish, a snapshot may be saved on the listing and shown via "View market price" on the item detail page.

Snapshots reflect research at listing time only. They are not live prices, are not updated automatically, and may differ from actual resale, retail, or trade value.

Source labels indicate domains referenced in research. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or timeliness of third-party listings.

Condition labels

Condition tags (e.g., Excellent, Good, Fair) reflect what is visible in uploaded photos. Hidden defects, wear, or functional issues may not be detected.

Always inspect items in person or request additional photos before completing a trade.

Authenticity and image checks

Automated checks may flag stock photos, duplicates, or suspicious metadata. A high score is not proof of authenticity; a low score is not proof of fraud.

Use your judgment and our Community Guidelines when deciding whether to trade.

Assistant chat

In-app AI assistants answer general questions about listing and swapping. They can make mistakes and should not be relied on for legal, financial, medical, or safety decisions.

Third-party models and search

Itoou AI features may rely on third-party services (including Google Vertex AI and Google Search grounding) with their own terms, rate limits, and knowledge cutoffs. By using Itoou AI features, you acknowledge these limitations.

Liability

ObjectOrient and Itoou are not responsible for trade outcomes, financial loss, or disputes arising from reliance on Itoou AI-generated content, including market price snapshots. Members remain fully responsible for their trading decisions.
